Hello,

I accidently made a PM action “Obsolete”. How can I reverse this? The “Active” line from the right-click menu is unclickable.

Thanks!

Hi @Justin
Once you change the PM Action to obsolete, you cannot reverse it.
Instead you can create a new revision, which will copy the data of the same PM Action to the new revision.
Hence the suggestion is to load the obsolete PM Action, then use RMB Option “Create new revision” from the PM Action header.

Hi,

The statuses can just be changed in one direction from  preliminary -> active -> obsolete. Once a pm action has been set to status obsolete, it will stay in this status and cannot be set to active again.

Easiest way is to create a new revision from the obsolete revision that you have.

Best Regards

Pelle
