Hi - my dispatch team has started looking into using SA activity allocation, and subsequent assignment. And they have some questions about Assign Multiple Activities function:
The idea is great, but they find it a bit difficult to use with the current layout. Will this be changed in 15.4 when Dispatch Console is completely migrated?

Answers to questions for v15.2:
Change sequence - no it is not possible though you can widen/narrow the columns
Date format - this appears to a bug/design issue - not user changeable though will likely not be fixed as the dispatch console code is only modified by Publisher updates which as you know, there will no longer be any HF releases for v15.2 which means no Publisher updates.
Add filter for SA - This would require an HF release if this were to be changed so the answer is no for v15.2 as above.
For exploring the Dispatch Console in 15.4, we can only take a look at what is available now in SU1 as SU2 comes out end of this month. I can look at this with you in our next conference call.
