Grant Option is not working

Hi All,

One of our clients has an issue with grant permission. Previously it worked fine, but now it does not work. see the attached image. when I tried to RMB and GRANT, it's not granted. it's removed from here. Is there any way to add it here? I want to grant access to this ‘Count per inventory Part’ window.

Hello @LevSupunS ,

 

You may try to refresh security cache and then you can try log in again. It sometimes works for me.

Use RMB on the root and untick this setting:

Hi,

What happen if you try to grant the actual presentation object name (frmCountPart?) of that form from “Presentation Objects by Component” tab?
