Hi All,

 

Is anyone know what is this error?Can anyone help me to solve this one

Error:

Fatal error while sending data... 
Caused by: javax.mail.AuthenticationFailedException: 535-5.7.8 Username and Password not accepted. Learn more at
535 5.7.8  https://support.google.com/mail/?p=BadCredentials t2-20020a056512208200b00477cae4880fsm918276lfr.260 - gsmtp

Hi @LevSupunS ,

I think you need to check Mail Sender details in Setup IFS connect window.

Check whether you have given correct authentication details.

I checked it but all seems to be okay .Is there any other reasons to it happend?

Do you have MFA enabled on your outlook account?  if so you may need to refer to the instructions here

Hi @LevSupunS 

Check the Application message address line to ensure what’s the sender it’s using. Bit wired you are getting a google support link for a O365 mail sender, maybe this uses another mail sender connected to a google account?
