Azure AD set up document in cloud

Hi,

Customer is having some issues with SSO logins due to that AzureAD set up is not correct at least as per our cloud teams investigation.

As seen below, username and sign in identifier domains are different for some users and cannot login.

Is there a guideline document that we can provide for customer to follow during set up?
