Recurring Error at ManagedServer

Hello,

The app is getting an error every hour(08:00-09:00-10:00… etc.). And it loses connection with the database.

I checked the server logs(log file is attached). At the same time, I can see the error details. But I don't understand what caused the error.
Any ideas?

I can share what's curious.

Hi @baris.halici,

This appears to be an issue with the persistent stores in Weblogic. Please try following steps during a proper maintenance window to clear the Weblogic persistent stores. 

  1. Stop all the servers in the IFS Middleware Server
  2. Move the .DAT files located in below folders to a different folder outside of the IFS Home for backup purpose. 
    \\<IFS_HOME>\wls_domain\<InstanceID>\servers\ManagedServerX\data\store\default 
    \\<IFS_HOME>\wls_domain\<InstanceID>\servers\ManagedServerX\data\store\diagnostics
  3. Delete DAT files from the above location.
  4. Start the IFS Middleware Server.
