Is it possible to have saved queries synced into the Mobile Work Order? If not can we get more filters into individual LOVs to narrow down the results in the LOVs in MWO depending on other values.  As an example for Item Class LOV can we add in a saved query to show only specific items in MWO for that user or filter values based on the service contract etc?

Cloud 22.2.1I have an Analysis for a serial part for a variable type data point. I selected the serial numbers for the analysis. I entered the results for the serial numbers and completed and confirmed the analysis. In the header of the Analysis Result page, when I select ‘View Serial Numbers’ there are no serial numbers listed.Using ‘View Serial Numbers’ in Apps10 EE the assigned serials are still visible. Is this a bug or a new feature?

Hi,In Apparel/Garments/Textile industries, it is a common practice to have different types of defects like Major, Minor and Critical. And for all these types of defects users use different AQL values(normally for major and minor different AQL values are used and for Critical it’s always Acceptance No=0 and Rejection No=1 is used in most of the cases) due to which Acceptance and Rejection No changes, though the sample size remains the same as in AQL chart sample size is based on the lot size and acceptance and rejection no is based on AQL value. In IFS Apps-10, we can assign only one AQL value for one control plan of an Inventory Part/Inventory Part and Supplier Combination. And we cannot have multiple control plans Active for each of the items. So, how can we handle this without customization/modification, can anyone suggest?[I need this both for Manufacturing & Purchase items] Regards-Nahin

Please tell us more about the contents of Global Support Policy.Q1. For customers using IFS Cloud, if they exit “Continuous Support” without updating RU, 　will they be migrated to “Restricted Support”? Or will it no longer be supported?Q2. In ”Severity Level Definitions”(P5), what exactly is the definition of Urgency 1 through 3?Q3. In ”Error Correction Delivery Policy”(P6), the following is described.     “a single patch will only be delivered for the current Update -2 or later.” 　Does this mean, for example, that if the latest Update is 18, single patch corresponding to Update 16 will be provided?Q4. In “Glossary of Terms” (P9), does “Current Release” mean IFS Applications10 including all the latest Updates and single patches?Q5. Please tell me what exactly you mean by the following statements in “Current Release”.     “other currently supported Releases as designated by IFS in the then current IFS Support Policy.”Best Regards,

Hi community!I have recently received a need from the business where we are looking into if it is possible to require our timeclock users to provide a reason if there is a deviation to their timestamp vs their work schedule. Since I have worked very little with the “Time Management” in IFS Apps 10 I wanted your initial feedback if this is even possible out of the box in IFS?To elaborate here is and example of what we are trying to achieve:Employee-1 is on a schedule where he is working Mon-Fri 08.00 to 16.00.On Tuesday he goes to the dentist and is not able to clock in before 09.00 which means that he is working 1 hour less that day than what his schedule says.We would like a solution where he is prompted to insert a reason (hopefully predefined list of values) for his 1-hour delay. The reason for us wanting this is that according to the Norwegian work regulations some absence is with pay, and some is not. Best regardsJoakim
