Hello,

The service center portal allows searching for cases based on specific criteria:

 

However, since the data presented on the portal shows very limited attributes of cases, it is not possible to take advantage of such fancy search options.

 

Does someone know how to use this effectively?

Hey @vincent.larregle - This is an issue we’re aware of and have it on our list to sort with continued improvements to the portal. I don’t have a timeline for it yet, but I’ll update when I do!
