Hi,

We are in 22R2 SU1. When the Pool-keep task has a duration and when the mobile user accepts the pool-task it gives the below Failed transaction.

ORA-20105: JtExecutionInstance.FINISHDATENOTWITHIN: Allocated interval is too short for the allocated hours.

Has anyone encountered this? When the user accepts the pool-keep task, it gives this FT and the pool-keep task is removed from the pool

Yes we had a fix in App10 and 23R1. But it was not recreatable in 22R2 at that time. So fix is not available in that track.

Please report a ticket to address this.

I see that we have a correction done in this area in App10 and 23R1.

For 23R1 a correction is made in SMDEV-8185 with description “Failed transaction 'FINISHDATENOTWITHIN: Allocated interval is too short for the allocated hours ' when accepting a task from pool”.

From the name it seems identical.

I can’t find this correction in 22R2 “fixed issues excel list” so I don’t know if it is corrected in your version or not.
