I have a problem when trying to move a Functional object in the objects structure in IFS10, update16. I get an error message saying ‘Object is already used in a Pm Action or Work order’. OK, that’s true but I can’t see any prerequisities regarding that in the online help.I also tried to Finish all active work orders but that didn’t help.So, is this a dead end? Will I never ever be able to move a Functional object to a new parant if there once was a work order for it?

Community,i have a work task 46338, come with requisition3486247, and it is in Closed status. PO is created, but not received. In order to bill customer, it has to show up in Work Task Sales Tab, but they are not, may I know where I missed?Thank you. 

Hi, I have to invoice a service order on 01/12/22. This service order is made by a technician who leave the company at the end of november.So, i have to invoice after the resource leaving the company. it seems that we have a message to prevent this case. Is there a way to set : invoice service order with service agent desactivated ?Thanks and Regardsanthony

Hi, we are using V14.5When running the Contract Renewals List module, we sometimes have more than 100 hits (162 last time) but in that module in the Contracts List tab, you cannot see more than 100, even when using the first/next/last tools.  How can we view the full list please? (PS.  This is the same in V15.4)  ThanksChris

Hi everyone,  Working through integrating IFS with CyberSource on APPS10 Aurena. We’re able to get test transactions to process within the Customer Order Credit Card screens, however, we’re noticing that the CSC code is not being requested in Aurena, but it is getting requested when we attempt to do the same thing in Enterprise Explorer. We have verified on the basic data the Credit Card Gateway has CSC as required.  The below is for the same customer credit card for two different customer orders.Enterprise ExplorerAfter a RMB “Authorize Card” from the credit portion of an order, presented with a request to enter the CSC code.  AurenaAfter doing something similar in Aurena, the authorization request is sent, despite a message surfacing that a CSC will be required,  Has anyone else seen this? It seems like a bug in Aurena’s behavior, but wanted to check here before submitting a ticket with IFS.

In Aurena, when you go ‘My Expense Sheet Details’ and click on ‘Attachments’ then ‘Attach Existing’ command you see all documents that have been attached by anyone, even when they do not relate to expenses.For example, in the screen shot below I am seeing supplier invoices: This is a data security issue and I need to understand how to remove them from the list.

Hello coudl you tell me if you have encountered this on other environment ? in V15.4SU3 our customers will still use the dispatch console trough the Astea Browser. When we create a new login and this one goes into the dispatch console and customize the view when he log out other users seems to be impacted with the message  whereas everything was working well before for them I haven’t found yet what was the exact cause but i have seen that in the table dc_serviceagent_columns_view the records related to bu_DSE were deleted .. have you already seen that ?  thanks for your feedback

For my customer I look to a solution for the following.A work order was entered and the work type was not entered. The work type is one of the aspects using in posting control. Error message in ‘Distribution and Manufacturing Posting Analysis’ is as follows: 'Value is missing or has an invalid time interval for posting type M50 control type C54 code part A in company x’. Historic WO has been reopened and WO has status Work Done. Transaction are sitting and waiting.Trying to update the work type gives the following: Generated customer order has status Invoiced/Closed.How to commence and change the work type in the WO?

Hi At the end of the day, a service agent cloud let the application ON in the background even if the application is not open.I assume that in this situation, Alliance could “track”  the Service agent.So, what is the best way for a technician to turn off the GPS ? what action desactivate the GPS ?Clock out ?  Logout ?Communication : Disabled GPS ? (of course yes I assume)Other ?The goal : To prevent the company from tracking its technicians outside office hours even if they leave the application open.  Thanks and RegardsAnthony

While processing the payment in full post approval of employee expense, we are getting error as “Access denied. You cannot register data to the employee AOLIVIER within employee payment Trans logical unit”   We have tried assigning full authorization to user for in training environment to solve this error, but unable to solve it.What is Trans logical unit here?Also, employee which is showing here “AOLIVIER” is not also in our payment list.If someone can help us to understand this ticket further it would be great. Thanks  

We have a contract import (Customer Contracts) that works well in 15.2. We have now upgraded our UAT to 15.4, and have an issue with this import. No matgter what we do, we get the error that “PM Rule is mandatory”. We have a PM Rule PRSTD that we almost always use, but there seems to be a bit of change in the logic regarding PM Rules - the import should automatically create a price rule based on PRSTD on import.Here is the log:But the error-message on server is a bit weird (maybe?):Any advice would be greatly appreciated. 

Hi,scenario:Sites: “ELDIS” and “RETIA”Supplier: 21273Supplier Purchase Parts:390040336199 (Purchase Part for supplier “21273” and Site “ELDIS”)100015100500 (Purchase Part for supplier “21273” and Site “RETIA”) I make Purchase Order on Site “ELDIS” (header) for Supplier “21273” and check Centralized. There are two lines. First line is for 390040336199 automaticaly with Site “ELDIS”. Then I add second line, change Site from “ELDIS” to “RETIA”, insert part “100015100500”. In this moment system show a info message “This part does not exist for the purchase site”.Question is, why is necessary to have Supplier Purchase Part (100015100500)  for Site “ELDIS” too? Or I need some another settings…?  Thank you
