Hi, Does anyone know if it is possible to add more parents values in Business reporter to Enter Parameter Values. As you can see in my example now. If I want to choose department value, I need first choose parent value company. Based on choose parent value (Company) I get data for departments, but I would like to add one more parent parameter. But I am not confident how to do it.  

I have performed Group Consolidation a couple of times in App10 and was going to do the same in IFS Cloud.I have imported the reported balances, then I need to approve these as I have the following status i Journals Analysis.In App10, I then go to Reporting Status, choose the line and approve the reporting journals in the “Reporting Status per Reporting Entity” as below: I do not find the same in IFS Cloud: Has anyone encountered this and knows what I should do?

HiIs it possible in a way to move an ORG code between structures?We found cut/paste but that only works within the same structure.We tried terminating them in one Structure and recreating them in another, but its not allowed due to same name.ThanksDominik

I’m creating new topic since existing solutions did not work for us.We have newly upgraded IFS Cloud 22R1 SU2 and some users gets Error: "No access; Your system administrator has not granted permission to complete that action"directly after login. If they press OK it seems to work fine.After some investigation, we found out that errors disappear if we grant “FULL” permission set to user and it will not show again even if we remove “FULL” permission set from the user until the user clear browser cache (!?). Any idea?  

Hi, we have received the below question from one of our customers. “In the cloud environment, I have to use a Service Account when I query the oracle database (IFSINFO).  When I try and query the COMPANY_PERSON view (or any other HCM View), I do not receive any data back, although I know that the system has data in it.  I assume that this has to do with HCM Access Setup.  I have a role defined, but since IFSINFO is setup as a Service Account, it doesn't have an underlying person record that I can associate with an Access Group.  What needs to be done to enable the Service Account to see records in the database for HCM related views and tables?  I see that I can change it to an End User, but I didn't want to change that in case it breaks something else in the configuration that allows for data access to the Oracle database.  Please advise.” Please guide on how this can be achieved. 

Looking to adjust the manufacturing lead times manually in IFS. Inventory part planning parameters doesn’t have the field and the manufacturing tap will not allow manual entry. Has anyone updated the manufacturing lead-times manually for planning purpose? 

Hi, Does anyone know what the task (job) “Complete DP Data Refresh” functionally does and if it is an essential task to routinely schedule for a live running demand planner client? I have a demand planner manual that details the available demand planner tasks however it does not disclose the specific actual actions that are carried out by “Complete DP Data Refresh” task and the impacts/changes they have on the client. Thanks

Will that be possible to create a custom even action with the user prompt information massage and do the action based on the user input? e.g.

Has anyone made a configuration where clicking a custom button starts a workflow (i.e. Custom Event that triggers the workflow)? In Apps10 Aurena I have used custom buttons to start custom events which execute a PL SQL block, but now in Cloud I tried the same with a custom event that calls a Workflow. Unfortunately I get an “internal server error”. The log console says:ERROR - UNEXPECTED: (Server Error) Unexpected internal server error occurred.Any tips on this would be appreciated!

Do we have a way to limit print agent log file (printagent.0.log) size?For example, if it's 100MB, then new file should be created and log there.Print agent service should not restart at this step of switching to a new file.

I have question regarding Planning Method B and On Hand quantities.We use planning method B for inventory management on higher volume items. When a customer order line is entered using “Invent Order” as the Supply Code, the parts from stock are reserved. This makes the On Hand Qty remain the same (until shipping the stock, if I understand correctly) and the Availably Qty drop.The issue I have is the Order Proposal is triggered by the On Hand Qty falling below the Order Point, rather than the Available Qty. So if I have 6 months lead time, by the time the On Hand Qty drops below the Order Point, I might already be too late to purchase more stock to avoid back order.Could perhaps someone explain the replenishment process behind Planning Method B and why it uses On Hand Qty instead of Available Qty?Thank you!

Indeed, using a tool like Postman, IFS calls this web service :  It looks like IFS is calling 2 entity sets. Unfortunately I can't enter 2 in the BPA configuration.Thanks in advance. 

Hi We have a need to be able to make certain attached documents on invoices available for Audit purposes. The process today involves members of bookkeeping manually finding the invoices, then finding the attached documents of a specific Class, then going to doc rev, then viewing the document as going to save as in word to save the document in a specific shared folder. For hundreds of documentsGiven the invoices from bookkeping, it is simple enough to find the attached documents, but how can i extract copies, not the originals, from IFS? Some of the doc Class are saved in the database repository and some in an FTP. Best Regards

Is it possible to add an administrator group for a PM action? It can be observed that this is possible for both PM Program and Work Task Templates. When going to the PM Planning lobby, there are "My PM Programs" and "My Work Task Templates".  The aim is to see the PM actions, for which a particular maintenance engineer is responsible.
