When attempting to log into Assyst at /assystweb/application.do we are seeing a 20 delay before getting the login screen. Once past that it works fine. Logging on to /assystnet/#homepage does not have a delay, it’s pretty much immediate.

The IFS assyst support team were able to find something in the way the application compression was set up in this version. They were able to run a script on our web servers as a temporary fix and I believe it is permanently fixed in 11.6.2.
It is probably work dropping their support a ticket.
