Subscribing to Product Updates and Release Notes

With the FSM updates being posted within days of release here:

and the PSO updates being posted within days of release here:

How do we subscribe to be notified when a new release comes out so we can review release notes, etc?

I cannot find a way to subscribe, any RSS or similiar on the page, etc.

Or even better can request to join an distribution list to be notified of updates?
