How to remove "Show Hidden Item" option from Navigator - in IEE

I have a requirement to hide some navigator items,  but after hiding still LTU user have the option to see the item with RMB  option “Show Hidden Item”,

I want to remove this RMB option, does anybody knows how to do this please?
