In our setup, we have 12 difference Sites (split per country) currently if I transfer to mobile and check “Pool Work Order” it goes out to all our engineers globally. And I don’t want someone in Americas to fly to Europe to do a service where we have an engineer within 1 hour drive.

Is there a way we can split this up, so it only goes out to the engineers connected to XX site? And not out to all of them?

You can do this by creating Permission Set Filters and ensuring the WO data is filtered to the correct engineers.

You need to create a permission set filter based on the Transferred Work Orders page and checking the Transferred To field. You should build an OR statement where Transferred To matches the Technician OR is NULL and then add your condition to split the Pool Work Orders to your technicians.
