IFS Scan It MI_METADATA_NOTFOUND ERROR

Hi,

Our customer have IFS CLOUD 23.1.5 version. I am working on IFS Scan It application. When I enter Server URL, there is an error occurred .

“MI_METADATA_NOTFOUND”

 

Do you have any suggestions?

@Oguz Altin when you go into Solution Manager > Mobile Apps > Administration > Applications, do you see Scan It in the list, and does it show as Active? Can you post a screenshot of this please? See a reference screenshot below.

    Hello @Rukmal Fernando ,

     

    Thanks for your interest.

     

    Upon your guidance, It was determined that fndmob does not exist in installed components page.

    The problem was fixed.
