I can't submit a question in IFS community properly

I am not able to place question for solution in correct format in IFS community. I am a little confused about the Sub forum field .

Actually i will not submit my question in any Group or moderator area . I want to submit to IFS solutions such as Community-IFS Solutions- Finance( Financials)-

Please help me to submit a question in proper manner .
