We use the document default SET_APPROVED_SEC_CHKPT, which in Apps9 requires the user to enter a password to finally approve a document revision. We have the same setting in IFSCloud but it does not seem to activate. It is still documented as a feature in the documentation here IFS Cloud Documentation.

Does anyone else use it in IFSCloud and is there any reason it doesn’t activate?

When using a different Identity Provider (such as Azure AD with Single Sign-On), it is necessary to use the PIN code. Each user can access the PIN code under "My Administration."

That should be available. Which version is it and are security checkpoints enabled centrally?

Do you mean this screen:

Found it yesterday and enabled. Do you know what Verification Type: PIN Code referes to and how to set?

How does the checkpoint work with SSO in Azure where you don’t have a password?

Thanks,
Alex

I don't know those details. Will try to find someone who does.
