shifts in my work calendar-MWO

Hi experts,

Could you please let me know how can we see the shift for the mobile user in my work calendar in MWO.

is that possible if it so, how can i set it?

Correct, if the mobile user has shifts, they should be transferred to MWO w/o further effort.

This is what I see in the Dispatch Console:

And this is the same user in MWO>My Work Calendar:

Do you not see shifts in MWO?

So i guess this happens when we create/generate the shifts for the resource/mobile user right?
