I am trying to add new lobby element in Tech Portal ‘Maintenance Engineer’ lobby and system is not listing the newly created lobby element while adding to the lobby.
How can I add this to the Tech Portal Lobby?

Can you check if the client type is set to Aurena on your lobby element.
