You can refer to this location (https://community.ifs.com/ifs-product-release-notes-113) in IFS community to get what IFS has delivered with each release.
App10 to IFS Cloud is a huge jump and you will see lots of differences. Please refer to release notes for details

The best place to get a view of all the changes (as opposed to going through all the release notes) is the enhancement spreadsheet here which enables you to say which version you are coming from and which version you are going to and then you can filter this list via any module…
