Hi There,

Could someone help me to resolve the below issue. I have provided all the necessary access to the forecast server and flow id, also the forecast is published to respective user with full access.

Thank you very much for your prompt response!!

It the issue with the demand planner installed version and now sorted after upgrading it to match the IFS cloud version.
