Hi everyone,
I'm currently setting up a supplier for testing purposes and have hit a snag. When I navigate to the "Purchase Address Info" tab and click on the 'Del Terms' box, the List of Values (LOV) is not selectable.
I've double-checked my steps and can't figure out what I've missed. Has anyone else experienced this issue? Any ideas on what might be causing this or what I might need to check?

Hi, Is this as simple as hitting the plus button to create a new record - when the cursor is in the “Del Terms” field/box (purple highlight).
You will also need to have created an address identity (green highlight) before you can add the purchase address info record.

Please check whether it is category type “Prospect” supplier.
You will not be able to define delivery terms for that type as this is not a supplier yet. If you want to use the same supplier you need to change the supplier category.
