Check the flow, meaning start with the external file load - see external file transactions.  Look for unprocessed records. 

Then check the external invoice loading and the status of the invoices that were loaded. 

Without seeing the error and the screen where the error was presented, the suggestion is trace the entire process as noted above. 

Then in your multi line invoice for the All in one type file, are all records flowing to an invoice.  If you don’t set the template / file data correctly it may not work.  I don’t recall the error, but I don’t believe it was the partially created error.   

Usually partially created occurs when you really do have some partially processed file, for example a load file could have additional records (meaningless data) that could be simply comma or other.  In excel delete anything after the last record.

Thank you so much for the immediate response.

I don't see any errors once loaded, I'm also able to check the invoices and create invoices without any errors, The file is in status partlyloaded when the file is loaded but there is no error that is where I'm stuck at to understand what could be the reason.

I re- visited the file and checked for any unwanted details and itseems correct. Il try to see further and if you recall any other reasons which could cause this error let me know please

The following is an example.   As you can see my data set from an IFS perspective has additional records that are clearly not a real invoice.  If I was to look at my originating excel file, I would not see the comma in my data. These are in the spread sheet, but not seen by the user.   If I was to remove (delete rows) in excel, the comma is removed, and the resulting IFS load no longer lists as partially created and those extra records from the load - no longer exist.   

Review the screen, and sort by error message.  If you are using external file template input controls (like I do) you will always see 1 record with error text (skip by control rule or similar).
