In 23.2.9, we are not able to connect a material requisition line to a non conformance report.
It seems that in the object key ref, the key order_no is missing. So, we cannot search for a material requisition line from the material requisition number.
Conversely, when trying to attach a NCR from the material requisition window, we got an error message.

System allowing to create NRC from Material Requisition line and even allowing to link Material Requisition line directly through NCR Add Connection command if passing all required parameters values separately.
