@thprlkARC normally the data tracker / test tracker could be exported from the IFS Scope Tool for the specific implementation. Basically each IFS implementation will have it’s own IFS SCope Tool outlining the components/processed used in that specific implementation. Then once Scope Tool is finished, you may export the data tracker and test tracker.

Normally the IFS Scope Tool is maintained by the IFS Solution Architect. You may wanna get in touch with the Solution Architect for your project to get the data tracker out of the Scope Tool.
