Hello,

I wondered if there was a way to limit the amount of order lines that populate when pulling up a customer order. We have some very large orders that have thousands of order lines so it can take a while for them to load when we pull up the order. Is there a search parameter or something similar I can set so that the customer order would only load a portion of the lines to begin with? For example, if I only wanted to look at non-invoiced lines, could I load the order with just lines in the “released” status? We are currently still using IFS 9 Applications.

Hi Amanda,

It is possible in IFS Cloud.

We just simply need to save a filter with Line status and use same Saved Filter in startup behaviour.

This way only Released lines would populate with any Customer Order record.

Saved Filter functionality is there in IEE versions also if I can recall correctly.
