When we send out service order reports, the Problem Description is included in mail body.

I believe you can modify this in the Message Manager of Customizer. Please see screen below:
Click on the message ID link and it will bring you to a screen you can edit. Give this a shot and see if this works for you.

+12Thanks Phil - I tested by removing the line Comment :{5} and published. But this did not change the content of the mail:
And it does seem that we can get access to the actual message code?
+12Update: I had to use Astea Browser to publish the customization
+12I will update: I can do this is Web Employee Portal as well by doing the following:
- Open Customizer
- Customize message
- Publish message (in Message Center)
- Open Customizer Manager, select message, and Activate Customization
