Astea: ss it possible to change/customize mail text?

When we send out service order reports, the Problem Description is included in mail body.

Is it possible to chnage this:

Hi Bjørn,

I believe you can modify this in the Message Manager of Customizer.  Please see screen below:

 

 

Click on the message ID link and it will bring you to a screen you can edit.  Give this a shot and see if this works for you.

Thanks Phil - I tested by removing the line Comment :{5} and published. But this did not change the content of the mail:

 

And it does seem that we can get access to the actual message code?

Update: I had to use Astea Browser to publish the customization

I will update: I can do this is Web Employee Portal as well by doing the following:

  1. Open Customizer
  2. Customize message
  3. Publish message (in Message Center)
  4. Open Customizer Manager, select message, and Activate Customization
