Hello All, I am using IFS Apps 10 UPD 22, and I have setup and activated an Inventory Control Plan for a part that is currently in stock. I have scheduled daily checks, however, I have noticed they are not creating. I attempted to manually create one via RMB on the control plan header, however, I received an error message. I have confirmed I have the necessary permission grants. According to the help, I have completed all necessary prerequisites, and I’m at a loss as to why it would be generating an error. We’ve noticed some strange behavior with Control Plan triggers and SO status; it’s possible to have an SO header move to “Started” (which correctly triggers a control plan) but with a certain sequence of operations (If product is issued to a shop order, the SO header status goes to Started, then if it’s unissued goes back to Released, then re-issued, back to Started again)Below is an example of an order that spawned three Control Plans, but we’ve seen many more orders with just two. It looks like there’s no duplicate detection on the start shop order trigger; is there a better way to handle this? Is this expected behavior?IFS Apps 10 UPD 21  

 Hi Team,I need to download a detailed report that includes acquisition value, acquisition date, status, net value, etc.I tried using the FA object report, but I am getting a null acquisition and net value for disposed fixed assets. Hello,  For my external customer invoices, I have a file with multiples invoicing lines but at the posting, I have only one line here is an example as you can see attached below.The posting lines has the same amount wich is the sum of all the invoice item lines What is the best practise of migrating customer invoices with multiple lines regarding the postings ? Best regards

Hi All, Just noticied that our sync_rules that are ACTIVE and set to BATCH_DELTA are not automatically syncing at the set interval (24 hours), even though the table data has changed. Any ideas, why this would be? Thanks

Hi All,We have a requirement to make Resource Monitoring Gantt to become read only in Apps 10 UPD 20 environment and I tried to achieve this using permissions sets. Below are my settings and my user only have this permission set grantedAnd I still can move the items and adjust the duration of work.Even after change everything to read only, I can modify the page. So I revoke all the changes and tried out again. And I can still view and edit the page, which was strange. I tried to refresh security cache, restart and re log in, clear browser cache and even using private browser. Still no luckDoes any one has idea on which other permissions/configurations I can adjust to make the Aurena Page read only?​​​​​​​Thanks in Advance 

Hi All,When a Purchase Order authorisation is rejected and along with the reason a Note is added, does anyone know where the note is visable. In Purchase Orders you can see it was rejected, who rejected and the reject reason but not the note.We are using APPS 10 Aurena Thanks

 I am trying to reveive parts in on a PO and I am getting the error message "There are not enough component parts shipped to the supplier to receieve this quantity.I could see all the component parts of the particular line has been shipped to the supplier using supplier material functionality.Had also tried this work around given below Check the PO Line you are about to receive.RMB on the Supplier material (if the option is active and available)One of the components which has fractional quantity per assembly probably has Qty Calc rounding of 0 in inventory part.Change the Qty calc rounding and receive the PO Line Still the issue persists , when I am trying to change the qty calc rounding to 1 for example , I am getting an error that Qty calc rounding must be zero for serial tracked parts ....How should I mitigate this error ? And how should I recieve the remaining qts in the PO "There are not enough component parts shipped to the supplier to receieve this quantity".

Hi All, In the Business Activity, I can attach Emails from Outlook and they are displayed in the References Table as shown below.Whereas, the Business Opportunity, I do not see where the Outlook Email is being displayed. Any thoughts? Thank you,Alex

Hi All, I have created a new Business Opportunity in IFS Cloud, but I don’t see a button to send the Business Opportunity to the CRM Outlook Panel?  The Business Activities has this functionality, but I don’t see it for Business Opportunity. For Document No of 48 (Defined by IFS) there is report by name Inventory Turn over rate. In which screen should be insert the doc text (48) to get the same printed on Report “Inventory Turn Over Rate”

When trying to make a rest call using BPA i’m having the following error : HTTP Connection Delegate could not retrieve the data from the specified URL.Returned status code: 500 The call passes threw when using postman for exemple so i know that the url is ok Any idea please?

In the Inventory Transaction History in IFS App 9, I’d like descriptions of what Order Ref 1, Order Ref 2, Order Ref 3, Order Ref 4, Order Ref 5 represent when Order Type = Customer Order, Purchase Order OR Shop Order.  Order Ref 1 is easy enough - it’s the order number.  I’m fairly sure I know what 2 and 3 are but I’d rather confirm.  4 & 5 are a mystery, so I can’t tell if they’re important to my analysis. 

Is there any report we can see PO number, PO received date, PO total amount, PO invoiced amount in one file ?

Hi,I would like to implement the following functionality using standard IFS Cloud functions. When I attach a document (attachment - pdf file) to an invoice, I would like this attachment to be automatically attached to the tax transaction for this invoice and the PK header.Is this possible?

Project activity is connected to a work order. Under unfinished activity work, I can see ‘’Some object is reporting committed cost to the activity. Analyze which object that reports committed cost.’’Cost is related to Materials CRE.How can I clear this up to close the project activity?Thank you in advance. 

I am using an assortment to create parts on other sites and I have set the default for DOP Netting = Netting.However, when I go to Inventory Part it is set at No Netting.What factors affect Netting that may be causing the system to override my default value?

Hi Team,Requirement is to transfer Budget Allowance from one Sub-Project to another Sub-Project within the same Project.I tried to use EAC Workbench functionality for Budget Transfer but currently not getting any option to add a line under Transferred To in Budget Transfer dialog box.Please find the attached screenshot for reference.Just wanted to know am I missing any Prerequisite setup or is this a permission issue? Thank you in advance. Best Regards,Rakesh

Hi ExpertsOne of our Customers asked if there is an default Value setting for the external voucher Assistant? For example: After I start the External voucher Assistant… the next window is loading and the Values must be set manually. is it possible to set the defaults value somewhere? the only thing i see is set the load type as default. What about the User group and Company? 

Hi,We produce chemicals and each part has its Product Structure and some components-part type for these are Purchased (raw)-have alternante components. We use the screen Simulate Material Availability though we can’t seem to view the availability of the alternante component and there are no options to change one component for its alternante and view the overall availability. Cheers !

Hi, Where can I find the list of the agreed devices for ALLIANCE V15.4.7 please ?For at least one customer, we’ve been told that some issues are reported using ALLIANCE when Android OS is updated, for device such as Samsgung A71, whereas everything seems good for Samsung Galaxy A34 (more recent). Thank you
