In the output container there isISO_LANGUAGE validation failed, basic data target cannot be foundandISO_COUNTRY validation failed, basic data target cannot be found.Then the Basic Data Container need to filled with data from the target environment, right?There is no option in the Basic Data Target Table drop down to select. Why is it empty? What is missing? 

In IFS Cloud 23R2,Was there a possibility to add Subtotals to appear at the bottom of a Table View screen ?Eg :  On Purchase Order lines screen, is it possible to add totals for the Net Amt/Base field to appear at the bottom of the screen. 

Is there a way of setting up approval rules for material requisitions? We have approval rules set up for purchase requisitions/purchase orders. However, there is nothing in IFS preventing material requisitions being raised and parts issued in warehouse management.Thank you

Hi All,  What would be the correct GL account/account type to configure for M3 & M4 Posting Types?We have configured an Inventory Account for Posting Type M4. Could this lead to a discrepancy between the GL balance and the inventory value per period? 

We want to apply Lookup Filter Expression on Job Title Field based on CSG. Something like below:select UserRole.Id from usr_role as UserRole where UserRole.csg.shortCode=’XYZ’; But this expression is failing. Please help in fixing this.

Hello,  Am I missing something? When reporting personal cost, there isn’t a place to put the employee’s ID.  That means that personal cost can only be entered by the employee and not by anyone else.  Is that right?That means the only way to register a personal cost that’s for a differnt employee it to create the Project Transaction manually.Thoughts?Patrick

We are getting “An error occured while downloading Security Policy” alert popup while login into Astea Mobile Native App on Windows. Recently We upgraded to Version 14 HF29 in production.After go live we took a database backup and restore it on QA environment.After restoration we are getting this error while login into  Astea Mobile Native App on Windows.

There was a topic previously discussed regarding Inter-site Direct Deliveries.  Part of the answer was that by using the ‘Int Purch Dir’ at the external customer order line, it creates a Purchase Order on the Demand Site (Site A in this case), and a Customer Order on the Supply Site (Site B in this case) to be delivered to the customer directly. Once done go to ‘Register Direct Delivery’ and search for internal PO number there. Once you complete with register direct delivery, Internal PO will be closed, and the External customer order will be able to be Invoiced / Closed. However, we are finding situations where the connected Purchase Order is still in an arrived status and is not closed.  The items are showing shipped, arrived, and shipped on all the connected items, but the PO just remains open.  I don’t know if it is something that we need to change a setting on, or if we are doing something in error, but I am seeing that we have over 20,000 purchase order lines from one site to ano

Hi All,I am in the process of merging UPD21 and I am getting below error when I try to obsolte the files. There are lot of files to make obsolete but I cannot obsolete a single file to to the error. Below is the error log.10:48:06:    Invalid object ID: 0 . When “Enter As” is clicked from the Shop Floor Workbench screen, I want to capture the Employee ID or Name but it doesn’t seem to be stored anywhere and is not accessible from the console window.Can anyone advise how I could capture this information?   Thank you.

When performing operations in IFS cloud as the administrative user using the debug console and log window we are able to see database processes.Trying to debug an error a specific user is getting by logging in as that user, and the database information is being suppressed in this case. In previous versions of IFS Cloud, I was able to handle defaults using a Process Enrichment task when creating a record.  For example, on creating a Customer I could have a “before” BPA push defaults for Default Language, Country and Category.  These values would show up on the page as soon as the user pressed + (New).In 23r2 this doesn’t work anymore.  Has this capability been intentionally discontinued?

A user that is setup as an authorizer is getting an error when he tries to authorize a purchase requisition line. Does anyone have any ideas as to what I need to look at to fix this?

Can we create an excel output from Order report? If yes, how is this achieved.

We have cloned the DEV environment from the PRD database and recreated the IFS Middleware for the DEV environment. Is there a trick to exporting BI Scorecards to Excel? Previously, I could highlight the data only and copy/paste into Excel. Currently, I only have the option to screenshot and the IFS export option only provides header data. Any suggestions? Transposing the data manually allows for a lot of mistakes, not to mention the unnecessary time. 

I am new to Authorizations in IFS and I am trying to understand exactly how it chooses what rules to apply when routing for approval.  I see that the first step is to add the user to Invoice Posting Authorizers and a Group if needed.  I see that you can assign a Max amount on the Authorizer, but I also see a Authorization Combination Rule that can also be applied.  Which one is used?  I also see that you can apply a Group or User to a Authorization Assigning Rule that you can also assign rules and dollar amounts to the rule.  I don’t understand what each does.Max amount on Posting Authorizers. Authorization Combination Rule ID Authorizer Assigning RulesWould love to understand this better so I can setup my company to follow our DOA.   Thanks in advance.Bob

The following error message appears when trying to install IFS Crystal Web Service.   The server is Windows Server 2022, with IIS 10, all updates through 7/2024 are installed. .NET 4.8 is installed. I already installed CRDotNetRuntime successfully. I went through the technical documentation  Configure The Crystal Web Service for IFS Cloud Web - Technical Documentation For IFS Cloudand found a few roles and features that were not installed, I installed them, rebooted the server, tried again and got the same error. I went back to the technical documentation and double-checked roles and features, and I did not miss any. Unsure how to move forward. All help is appreciated!
