Hi Everyone, I’ve noticed that during event generation, I consistently receive the same work order numbers. 🤔 This is a event based PM.Problem: The identical work order numbers are unexpected and could disrupt our maintenance processes.Seeking Clarification: Have you encountered this issue? PSO v6.11 / IFS Apps 10 Upd 18 We are working to make more work get scheduled together properly and on the same resource.  Frequently, even when work tasks are on the same work order, the different work tasks get scheduled separately and on different resources.   For example, we have a single work order, with 3 work tasks.  One being the PM inspection itself, then two more work tasks that are merely fluid samples that get taken at the time of the PM.  Frequently right now, we have the fluid samples getting allocated, on different days, and the PM goes unallocated.  I have already started the process of working to make the fluid sample tasks dependent on the PM task.  This at the very least assures that the PM task gets scheduled first but does not assure that the sample tasks are scheduled at the same time or for the same resource. After researching through PSO documentation and have found the "Activity Group" section of the Scheduling Schema.  This discusses the use of "same_resource"

Hello,I put the unstocked and stocked materials in the same sales order, but it wants me to send the unstocked materials as well. Can I prevent this?

Hi Community,The tab Manufacturers under SFPP contains columns from Supplier Part Manufacturer List in Page Designer. We would like to find see Manufacturer’s Part in this view.Is it possible to add fields from Manufacturer Part Numbers where Manufacturer’s Part is already included, alternative replace with these columns? 

Currently in IEE, you are able to see the number of attachments at the bottom of the screen when viewing details of a Business Opportunity: In Aurena, there is no number on the panel that indicates how many attachments are present, you have to click on the panel first then the total number of attachments will display:Even in the Business Opportunities screen, you have to click on the paperclip once to display the number of attachments. The goal is to prevent the user from having to click on an icon or panel just to show the number of attachments, so my questions are:In Business Opportunity - is there a way to show the number of attachments without having to click on the attachment panel similar to IEE? In Business Opportunities - is there a way to default the paperclip column to show the number of attachments?

Hi AllI have a question about the M94 scrapping inventory part with no Credit. Example. Ordering goods for 100 EUR, qty 100 pcs.Material arrival triggers M92 - M91 for 100 EUR10 pcs gets scrapped system triggers M94 - M92 10 EURNow you create the supplier invoice and match it against the receipt System triggers now M91 - M92 100EURMy M92 is now not balanced anymore. now i have a balance issue of -10 EUR on the M92. Does anyone know whats the further process in order to balance M92? Do i need to handle the matching differently in the supplier invoice? Thanks in advance for the tipps. Best RegardsSophal

What is the correct typo of the api to send e-mail with attachment and identifying the mail sender?

Hi,Any idea as how the supply quantity in the Inventory Part Availability Planning Screen is calculated when both Scrap Factor and Multiple Lot Size are given. Example: Scrap Factor 40, Multiple Lot Size 10. After PMRP run, system shows Supply in IPAP screen as 102 as shown below: Quantity in PR is correct as 170However, if Multiple Lot size is changed to 50, scrap factor is still 40 then after PMRP run, Supply is shown in IPAP screen as 120 as below: Quantity in PR is correct as 200.In both the scenario, PR quantity is correct but not able to understand the calculation logic shown in Inventory Part Availability Screen. Regards,Shahnawaz Farooqui

Does anyone have any information?  checked the following headings.“inactive for document distribution” option is not checked for all persons. All persons are defined in Document Management\Basic Data\Persons screen. 

Hi, i want to delete a site which i created for test, but i cannot delete it, i am trying the steps mentioned here (System doesn't allow to delete a newly created site | IFS Community) but it doesn’t work.1- i started delete process on Headerit gives me site is used in another site 2- tried process on “Extended Site İnfo” but gives site is used in “Purchase Requis Line Part” 3- i couldn’t find the Requis Line part so i checked on DB and found the Requisition No which is in planned state 4- but i couldn’t find in IEE how can i delete this Requisition and delete site, then i will delete the site’s company.Need help.Thanks. PS EDIT: i created this question in wrong topic, sorry for this, it is my fault, can moderators move it to relevant topic.

Hi,       I am trying to create a lobby element to show demand vs current stock in specific locations instead of whole site. I have a data source that shows all current demand for site and to filter when demand qty > beginning onhand stock. I can’t figure out how to direct the search just to specific locations or warehouse.Have tried adding various API.get info arguments but can’t seem to get it right. Looking to have a value that will show Demand Qty > Stock in “X” location. Any help will be greatly appreciated.

I recently came across a scenario wherein the Reserved/Picked/Connected Source Qty for a shipment line is greater than what is present on its source customer order. There is no ambiguity in Order lines history still unable to get how this happened. Has anyone faced this earlier? Pick by Choice option is already set to ‘Not Allowed’. This is Apps 10 version. Thanks. 

There’s a customer order, connected to a shipment. Each customer order line has a quantity of 6,336 (Approximately 6,000). The shipment has handling units, and each handling unit has a capacity of 96 units (approximately 100). The sales part is a serial part and total quantity is serialized. The following steps are performed.Manual reservation of customer order line - the quantity of 6,336 manually reserved in the form of handling units - Duration 1.5 minutesUnreserve customer order line - The total quantity reserved above, was unreserved - Duration - 2.15 minutesCreate pick list manually - A pick list was created for one order line manually. Even though the duration was 50 seconds, the create picklist activity keeps executing in the “Create pick list for customer orders” for about 3 minutes. I wanted to create a Purchase Requisition against the assignment in mWO (Cloud), it does not show any purchase parts when I try to create the requisition. Do we need any additional setup? I have scheduled to run Refresh All Inventory Parts and Refresh All Purch Parts and also executed them before initializing the mobile still no parts are showing when trying to create the requisition (system has Supplier for purchase parts in the same site)

 Hi,I am setting all the parameters for the isochrones, but when I try to use the functionality, I always get the circle in this image. Pending isochrones 0/1 changes to 1/1 for a few seconds, but does not change the circle.The travel calculation method is ‘HTM’, but in Event I see this message:  What can I do to get the expected result?
