Absence Working Days or Hours is not capturing in the system. please help

 

Hi,

Looks in your screen shot like the days are days off - since the are “greyish”. Do you really have scheduled time on those days in the employee working hours schedule?

Yeah there were day offs assigned for that month 

I have changed to working schedule it worked

 i Have face one more issue after changing the Schedule of the user - Absence  calendar got updated but time card is not yet updated

 

I tried full refresh and religion as well

Have you connected a wage code to the absence type?

yes @ADDMARIAE we have connected the wagecode

And this absence is visible in Absence Register? Not only in the calendar - I guess it is not an absence request since this seems not to be a requested type?

And I understand you also did the “Regenerate absence” after you fixed the schedule?

Yes after modifying the schedule i have Regenerated absence the absence as well


I have select the below options while modifying the schedule

I can see in the screen shot of absence registration that there is still 0 working days. Under the three dots on each line you have an option “Regenerate” or “Create absence again” - have you used that?

 

Since you choose to do nothing when you changed the schedule I guess the absence wasn’t updated
