I created this topic because I couldn't find what I was looking for in the community. If there is already a post that deals with this topic, please let me know, otherwise here is my explanation:
I would like to know how I can access the attachments that are attached in FSM. More specifically, I would be interested in the following questions:
Where can i access the attachement storage? Is there a software besides the Smart Client for this?
Where can I check, what the total memory size of my attachments is?
Is it possible to retrieve this information about the data in FSM without any other programs (apart from the Smart Client or a query via SQL)?
Is it possible to adjust the storage capacity (within the sizing specified in the contract) independently?
Perhaps one of you has an answer to one or other of my questions.
Best regards Lars

Hi Lars,
as your company is using our Managed Cloud hosting model, the following applies to your Cloud environment:
Direct Access to the Azure Storage is restricted and requires the use of a Shared Access Signature (SAS). If you want to have direct access you can create a support case requesting such a SAS. Afterwards you could use Azure Storage Explorer to browse the FSM Attachments.
As a Managed Cloud customer you normally can’t check the current used Storage capacity. However, if you request the SAS you could see the total used capacity in the Azure Storage Explorer.
As said, you can use Azure Storage Explorer. You could utilize the FSM Odata Interface to fetch attachments via e.g. Postman. See example requests in the attached FSM6ODataRESTAPIs (P. 31)
Adjusting the Storage capacity (within the current contract quotas) has to be checked with your IFS Account Manager. That person would be able to route the request into the right direction. Technically, scaling the Azure Storage isn’t a problem.
