We would like to request the addition of a custom field in the "Reference" tab of Business Opportunities. The relevant view and entity details are as follows:

  • View: BUSINESS_OPPORTUNITY_REF
  • Entity: BusinessOpportunityRef

Unfortunately, we are unable to locate the BusinessOpportunityRef entity in the entity configurations. Additionally, it does not appear in the additional views of the entity.

 

 

Could anyone please assist in identifying the correct configuration or guide us on the next steps to add the custom field in the "Reference" tab? Is this can be implemented using standard features.

Hi Community,

After the technical investigations we found that in order to add Custom Attributes for a View there should be an 'OBJKEY' exists. Since the respective view (BUSINESS_OPPORTUNITY_REF) for 'References' tab in BO page does not have an 'OBJKEY', it is not possible to add a custom field to this tab.
