In shop order operation using IFS Apps10 we have assigned the operation to 2 employees with different labor class. I found that in estimated cost for the shop order the labor cost is taken from the labor class of operation line level and not from assigned employees. how this point can be resolved?

Thank you.

@bldrayi When calculating the estimated cost the labor cost is fetched from the labor class in the Operations lines. What you explained could happen (fetching the cost from the employee level) in the Actual Cost only.

This document on Cost for Shop Order Labor Reports explains what is used for the cost of an operation on a shop order, based on the setup you have implemented.

I tested but the labor class is still taken from operation line in actual cost also. We are using IFS10 UPD12
