We are using IFS Applications 9 and encountering an issue with a shop order. All components have been backflushed and issued correctly, and the operation completion quantities are accurate. However, the finished products have not been received into inventory vtrbijn km. We performed tests in the test environment using the same part, and the order was able to be closed without any issues. What could be the potential causes of this discrepancy? Thanks in advance.

Have you tried to receive your Shop Order manually?

As ​@Abdul mentioned have you tried to either auto-receive (right-click Receive) or manually receive the order into stock? After fulfilling all material issue and operation reporting requirements you still need to receive the 2 into inventory.

At the end of the day,  after issuing all material and reporting all operations complete for the lot size of the order I can have the following:

  • An open or closed shop order with nothing received into stock.
  • An open or closed shop order with a partial receipt into stock.
  • An open or closed shop order completely received into stock.

 

 

I was able to manually receive the order into stock. But it was set to be auto-close, I wonder why it didn’t auto close?

As I can see in first screenshot of your last comment, Auto Close Code option is set to Manually and, therefore you have to close Shop Order manually after FG receiving.
