Hello experts,We currently use CSV XML maps to generate files and store them in an internal FTP location. Due to security concerns, we are changing our approach and plan to use an Azure File Share (shared location provided from the IFS side) instead.We have already requested and received the SAS token information, and we are able to access the file share using the provided SAS token via Azure Storage Explorer.Our requirement is to generate files using the existing CSV XML maps and store them directly in this Azure File Share location.We first attempted to use a message routing rule with the FileExtractHandler, but this resulted in an “Object reference not set to an instance of an object” error.

Hello All, Is it possible to limit the list of locations to only the contract customer?  When the connection type of Location is chosen Cloud return all locations in the system.  Can we make the LOV list filter only to the contract CustomerId + any Additional CustomerIds?    Thanks to all in advance

Hi,We have recently cloned the PROD to UAT. Now I am using the Aurena Agent for Excel attachments in UAT. Attachment, Creation of file work correctly however, When I refresh the file, I get the data from PROD rather than UAT, How should I fix this, I believe there is something to change in UAT

HiWe are using IFS FSM 6.27, I want to check the executed processes by users , something like background process of IFS 10 or cloud version.

I am attempting to apply a screen search filter through the Lobby Element Designer. The condition I am using is <>CW%|PL%|PM%|EV%, however, this filter is not working as intended. I observe the same behavior when performing the search directly on the screen.Interestingly, when I use a simpler condition such as <>CW%, the search works correctly.In the Data Source Designer, we do have the option to retrieve results using the Query Builder. Could you please suggest what the possible workaround would be for achieving this type of filtering through the screen search itself?

I am trying to send Integration messages to PSO to create a bunch of resources & there shifts/skills/ect. Then send in an activity with an appointment template to then use PSO Workbench to book the appointment.However, i cannot seem to get it to work & have observed some very strange behavior that would love any information about.First let me set the stage!Here is what my resources & shifts look like:I created an activity that matches 3 of my resources (in fact you can also see its already scheduled above to 1 of them):But when i go to appointment booking i see this (all slots on Monday are unavailable):

I am looking to create a business rule that performs an action at a 2x specific time of day, every day. For example at 8am and 8pm every single day.  Im assuming ill be using the ‘perform_send_to_monitor’ XML Business Rule, however the only implementations i currently have of this, trigger events at either a specific Time/Date value, or in x minutes or hours.  The specific Time/Date value would work once, but i need to to be a reoccuring event. Any ideas how i would need to achieve this? Also, the FSM documentation n the relevant section refers to ‘Perform Message’ report. Hi everyone,We are experiencing an issue in the TST environment when using the Appointment Booking API standard APIs from FSM.When we send an Appointment Booking request in TST, we receive the following error response {    "@odata.context": "https://iberdrola-fsm-tst.ifs.cloud/OData/$metadata#Edm.String",    "value": "Object reference not set to an instance of an object.\r\n"}We tested the same request in the DEV environment and this is working correctly, the issue could not be reproduced.

We are facing an issue with the De-Kit functionality and would appreciate your guidance.When performing Kit functionality, after posting, all related items for the part are loaded correctly. However, the same behavior is not occurring for De-Kit after posting. The perform_create_kit MPM is not being triggered when executed via the XML poster, even though the correct parameters are being passed.Could you please confirm whether this is expected behavior for De-Kit, or if there are any additional configurations or steps required to enable this?Please let us know if you need any further details from our side.

Could please help me to fix the issue.Configured  all parameters  in FSM  which are required to load data from FSM to PSO. An error occurred while making the HTTP request to https://XXXXXXXX:8744/IFS/Scheduling/Gateway/Service/Session. Hello,I’m having an issue with a web client script. The script checks the current task_status and builds a dropdown list based on that value. If task_status = 'APPOINTMENT', the dropdown should include APPOINTMENT. If task_status ≠ 'APPOINTMENT', then APPOINTMENT should be excluded. Test 1: When I test this using my own role, the script behaves correctly. However, when I switch to another role, it no longer works—even though both roles use the same screen configuration and the same function.Test 2: If I add an alert statement inside the script, it suddenly works for both roles.On the Screen it is set to: AddEditOpened and AfterDataLoad. Web Client Scr

Hi, We’re on Cloud 25R1 SU5. Have a general question about using Dispatch Console.As dispatch console shows only a limited date range into the past (max 14 days), what is the expected tool to view or plan active assignments and work tasks that are, say, older than 14 days? The dispatchers then have to use two or more pages - one for the tasks that appear on DC and the others for the tasks that don’t appear? How do you make this process easier for the dispatchers?Cheers.

Hi Experts,Iam not succeeding to commit activities automatically from the PSO.I can see that the PSO is sending the Dispatch Suggestion: On the IFS Cloud i can see the DSP message on the Scheduling Optimization Output messages as shown below, but no feedback from the IFS cloud to confirm the suggestion, and on the Application messages and background jobs there is no any feedback about Dispatch suggestion recieved from the PSO or any failed/error message . I ve checked the Commit rule mapping with Rule collection on the PSO and with the collection rule on the IFS cloud. Also the Rule Collection with resource Type. All ok.Schedule Dispatch Service is activated on th dataset.
