Hello,When creating an integration schedule, there is an option to ‘Generate Result File’.  If this process is being executed by a system integration user account (in our case ‘INT_ADMIN’), where does this result file go and from where would we be able to retrieve it?Thanks,Richard

Hi,  Wondering if anyone has experience of a similar requirement of being able to quote for a Service using PACKAGE Parts? I need the Quotation creator to not have to enter the Package Components individually.  Processes I’ve tried so far:Service Quotation to Request. Downfall of this is that the Service Quotation does not support Package Parts. Meaning that the users would have to manually enter each package component to quote for a job which isn’t the ideal. Sales Quotation with a Package Part Line then create Customer Order. Then Customer Order create Request (from CO Header). Information pulls in from the Customer Order to the Request and Scope etc. HOWEVER, my the Customer Order Lines (containing the package parts) do not appear in my Materials tab on the Request Work Task.  Any insights or advice would be appreciated! I havce a business rule that fires off TASK_EVENT notifications, however one rule picks up a value from REQUEST (REQ_TYPE). The rule will not match the value in REQ_TYPE, even though it is the correct value and i have confirmed this in the Audit Table.  I suspect it is a join issue between the two tables. I have it set up as below, is this correct? are there any other things i should check?  

Hi,I am trying to import the Service Resources (SERVICE_RESOURCE_DETAIL) through Migration Jobs, Import working successfully, but I am unable to see the resources in the Service Resource Details screen and PSO but the resources are available in Resource Details?Any idea what needs to checked?Thanks in advance!!

Hello there!I have been struggling with this problem in the past few days. While creating a quick search group (table ps_quick_search), I am able to create it but this message keeps showing up in the Web Client.Through investigation, I believe it is because only 3 of 6 required fields are sent to the data base but as this is OOTB thing, I don’t know how to change it. The problem is this only happens for a certain role because if I perform this action with others, the message doesn’t show up.I have also performed the test with two versions of the same screen (same role for both) and for one of them the message doesn’t show up, so I don’t believe it is a role problem.Has this happened to anyone?

Hi, According to the IFS documentation, it's possible to rename a part serial linked to a serial object when it's listed as "In Inventory." To enable this, we used the "Move to Inventory" option. A work order was generated, and we completed the return process. The serial object's status was successfully updated.However, despite the part and serial now being in inventory, the rename operation is still failing. The error is “the serial exists in inventory and cannot be renamed” .. Are we missing any step once the serial is returned ??   

Dears,Iam facing an issue, that when the technician logs in the MWO. On the PSO, the Failed To Logon exception keeps on, even having downloaded/accepted tasks on the technician´s mobile. The exception will clear only when the technician starts executing the activity or in the MWO->Service Status (ShiftOFF/ShiftON). Is it the right way when finishing shift should go off shift on mobile, then after log in the next shift go  On shift?

Hello All,Thank you all in advance!I am trying to add Approval routing to the Assignments tab (JtExecutionInstance) in a Request Work Task.  I have successfully done this on the Request Work Task (JtTask) however the approvals will not show on the assignments. I have refreshed the cache multiple times and still does not work.  Is there a separate configuration I am missing? The MediaLibrary, Eventlog etc do not show either.  I don’t need those but they are part of the Default Definition which makes me think I missed something.    

Hello, Is anyone able to tell me why some resources are missing their assigned “Region” field when viewed in the Resources menu of the Scheduling workspace?Some are populated while others are not. I cannot find any differences in the creation or setup of these regions in the divisions menu.Thank you

We are currently unable to close a Service Request after Issuing then un-issuing a material line to a request work task.We have report timeWe have created an Invoice Preview and the Customer Order is in a state invoiced closed.We we attempt to close the Request we get the following message:“Sales line(s) has to be invoiced before finishing work task.Not the we would want to, because we would want the history, but after unissuing the material line, I was unable to delete the line. Am I missing something obvious? Screenshots:  Deleted the zero qty line    

Sometimes I am facing Azure VPN disconnect issue while deploying the custom components like (REQMGT, SVCSCH, WO etc). While I am able to deploy successfully other custom Components.Any idea what needs to be checked?

Hi - I’m using Dispatch Console doing a manual Allocation process in 25R1.  I’d like the View Eligible Resources button to filter my Resources by Region availability AND the Valid From - Valid To Dates. See my example below, this Resource will be available in the CENTRAL Region throughout August 2025 - Work Task Object’s Region is CENTRAL. In practice, I have a Request Work Task with a Planned Start of today’s Date, when I select Request Work Task, the View Eligible Resource button does not remove this Resource from the list as it should (as this Resource is not scheduled until August 2025) - but the Planned Start Date is today - therefore they should be in-eligible and filtered from the list.   The View Eligible Resource button seems to ignore the Valid To and Valid From Dates on the Scheduling Resource Regions. Am I missing some other date parameter on my Work Task that the button checks? Or does it ignore the dates completely on the Schedule Resource Regions?  Many thanks in advance

How to migrate attachments from FSM to IFS Cloud?

 Is there any functionality in Service that looks at Operational Status?  Is Operational Status intended for WO Maintenance only?The documentation isn’t clear.   In the screenshot below, our Part Serial is set to ‘Not Applicable’, yet the condition is ‘Operational’  

Hi all,we are using the NGSM with Requests and Request Work Tasks.When planning we face a big issue when it comes to transferring Work Tasks:If one assignment is transferred to mobile it is not possible to transfer a second assignment.So it is impossible to send a second technician to the same Task if required but not initially known.Or if some mistake was made during assigning. For example in the Dispatch Console if one resource demand is assigned and directly transferred before assigning the second demand, it is no longer possible to send the second one to the technicians mobile.We have now cases, where one assignment is already set to completed and the second one is not even transferred to mobile. But because the first one is completed it is also not possible to cancel the assignment.So the only solution is to cancel the complete Task and create a new one.Is there any way to get this done, that I am not aware of?Example: Second assignment cant be transferred anymore 

Is there a roadmap item to start and stop MRAs in MWO to capture the actual time vs the estimated time a technician spends on these tasks? This would allow PSO to adjust the schedule and also capture the appropriate timesheet duration.

Hi All, looking at deploying IFS Cloud Use Place in remote deployment.  The sizing guide shows minimum cpu/mem for the given user numbers. for example if we go with 3000 users the min spec shown is 32 core/160GB RAM.  When deploying HA for the MT nodes, does this mean I need 3 x 32 core/160GB, or just that min spec should be met across the available nodes like 4 x 12core/64GB and if one node goes down the min is still met.Thanks
