Can anyone help me to understand why am I loosing the reference from the lastscreen controlkey ? I’m not sure which one I should use: getcurrentkey or getcontrolvalue. For me is not clear. Anyhow it is not fetching the selected Attribute from the list. Any ideas ?

Hi Team,I’m using the Attachment functionality in mobile to capture attachments for ESCALATION table.From the mobile screen by using the Attachment icon of (user_def13 field inside escalation table).After uploading an attachment and while saving the record , the data inserted in to user_def13 field as a negative integer value such as -1, -2, etc., in the DB instead of the filepath.To solve this issue, we followed the below steps:1-We created a table called "c_escalation_attachment."2-In that, we added columns attachment ID, escalation ID, and c_user_def1.Then, we mapped the relationship, one with the escalation table and one with the attachment table.Then, in the default definition, we mapped c_user_def1 with the attachment_name of attachment table.After that, we also mapped the c_escalation_attachment table in the escalation table.Then, in the mobile version, we added the same c_user_def1 as the attachment field and tried to insert the data again.After filling in the data and submi
I am currently facing issue with my IFS Application. It seems that error is appearing on every pages as shown below.I suspect this might have occurred because I mistakenly deployed some components (FNDBAS, APPSRV, ENTERP) files which were not required to deploy while I was doing the practices in the training environment of Mobile Development Training.Could anyone please guide me how to resolve it. We have a screen using user_def_num fields which are optional. When records are created and these values are NULL, Web Client is displaying the data as NaN.Smart Client displays no value Can anyone offer a solution so that Web Client displays no value?

One of our customer is looking to use TOM TOM for GIS integration for Field force enablement and Unit location visualization inside IFS Cloud in Dispatch Console Map.Please Note: They are currently not using PSO.While we understand ESRI and Google maps is what IFS gives out of the BOX, is there any option to connect using TOM TOM without customization, or do we have any connector via which it can be done directly on IFS Cloud?

Step1 : We have created a new workflow in fsm for sample application.step2: we have created a new task type for the workflow.step 3: when we are going to assign a task (with newly created task type) to user that is not reflecting inside the mobile application in job screen. step 4: Inside this new workflow if we assign task (with pre-existing task type) to user then its work fine. Hi all.I need to be able to navigate to a survey using the client script. The goToScreen() function does not seem to allow this and gives a null reference error. Here is the line I am using: goToScreen("DebriefSurvey5");The idea is to press a button to go to an individual survey.Another instance I need to do this is when I want to sometimes not show a mandatory survey that is followed by another survey.
