1. Where can I find how TTL PO Cost (purchase_order.total_cost) is calculated?
2. Under Goods and Services, how is Total Cost (purchase_gns.total_cost) calculated?
3. Under Goods and Services, how is PO Cost (purchase_gns.po_cost) calculated?
