Hi,Is it possible to mask the data on FSM application, for eg: email : abcedghijkl@gmail.com should be masked and shown as a********@g****.c**. How to implement/configure this in FSM application.

When trying to request for Appointment Booking page on Work task, I am getting this error Field [PLAN_ID] is mandatory for Scheduling Plan and requires a value. Can anyone guide me where this plan id can be entered? See the below screen shot for reference .Thank you,Rachit 

I am new to IFS and the company I work for, I have been asked to run simulations on data using the Analysis tab in PSO.  Is this the correct way? or is there a better way?These are the steps I am told to follow:1) Pull snapshot from the archive in production2) Loan snapshot into training environment to get the baseline file using Data Viewer3) Using the Analysis tab, download the Group By extracts 4) Change the baseline file for the simulation (ie. change base values)5) Load simulation data into the training environment  using Data Viewer 6) Using the Analysis tab, download the Group By extracts 7) Compare the baseline and simulation Group By extracts manuallyI am having a hard time understanding the changes since all I get is summarized data, I can’t dive into the data and see why things changed since all I get a summaries. So here are some questions I have but can’t seem to get answers too:1)

Hi Experts, I would like to understand, what is the Schedule Value used in tasks (in scheduling tab) related to the FSM–PSO integration?What is the purpose of this value and how it is used within the integration flow? I also want to understand how these values are set up and where the mapping for different schedule values is defined.All values appear as numeric IDs. Are they represent a time duration or simply an id?If it is an id, where is it defined. Also, can these values be customized, or are they hardcoded by default. Best regards,Suvini

Hi Sometimes we are getting only evening slots when customer requested for get appointment. we have Moring, afternoon and evening  appointment templates. for specific request we are sending all the appointment templates.usually  PSO will give 12 * 3 (Moring ,afternoon, evening) but below task it was  fetched only evening slotsI have verified  availability /Skills /shifts of the resources  everything was fine. Half of the resources having  evening shifts compare to Moring and afternoon. but still resource of available in Moring and afternoon too. could please help me out how we can check why PSO gave only evening slots?    Thanks, 

Hello everyone,We have a customer using PSO Standalone (Version 6.16.) who requires that short-term absences are immediately visible in the system. When a resource reports sick and this is entered in PSO under unavailabilities, the absence does not appear in the Gantt chart until after an import (load file). This is problematic for short-notice absences.Is there any way to make absences visible immediately?Thank you!

Hi All,having issues getting a cluster setup for HA.  i managed to get microk8s deployed on all 3 nodes and then joined into a cluster. There is a Operation Not Allowed --Failed Transaction .Tried to ignore that transaction.And it was successfully moved to “Ignored Failed Transactions” screen. But, There are many subsequent transactions without any “Error Details”.  (They are related to the same WOrk order/Task).When trying to ignore them , they are not clearing up from Failed transactions screen. Any suggestions you have on how to clear these failed transactions would be appreciated.

Hi,Iam commiting activites manually in PSO , which is refered by PSO & when i try to commit its getting commited later on its reverting back to allocated state. PSO allocating the same resources but may i know the reason why its uncommiting. Its Connected with IFS Cloud. Regards, 

Hi All,I have been exploring the new Contractor Management solution in 25R1 for Request Tasks. I like the idea of creating the PO Lines based on actual reported items like time reported of the contractor. There are multiple customers who have modifications for that in the Work Order solution.But I am supprised to see that in the Release Notes there is a restriction. Which makes it not possible to send the Request Task to the mobile of the Subcontractor Resource...Mobile Work Order for Service Contractor Resources. It is not possible to utilize Mobile Work Order for Service Contractor Resources. Any Request Work Task that is assigned to a Service Contractor cannot be transferred to mobile. I am looking for the reason why this restriction is build in?

Hi, I want to be able to raise a “fixed price” Request in IFS Cloud. “No matter how much labour or materials are consumed on a Request, customer will only pay “£XXX”. The options I can see are as follows: Create a Request with a Price Rule that contains a Fixed Price Line - is it then possible to amend this Fixed Price amount?  Create a Request Quotation and add a fixed Price Line. Process request from Quotation. This seems slightly lengthier than the above process. If possible I’d like to skip the quotation process all together and simple raise a fixed price job. ThanksTom      

Is there a way to auto approve the time entered by FSE in the tasks? We want it to certain technicians.

We are looking for a way to “take back” Work Assignments which have been transferred to the mobile app (MWO). Currently the only way open to us is by the App User to actively send it back.We have several cases now where going via the app is no longer possible.We have recently upgraded to 25R1 and I was hoping to use the DB Task Schedule "Remove completed/incomplete jobs” for exactly this case. But it seems to not removed the “transferred” as expected for incomplete jobsCan anyone give me the technical description?
