I am wanting to Create Inspection Reports that the Engineers need to complete before they can Complete/Return a Work Task.I need a different survey to be displayed depending on the Item Class of the Object & the Work Type of the Work Task. Is this at all possible?Thanks,Lisa

 Wondering why the service object operational status below is null.  How do I set it to operational. When I look at the Part Serial the Operational Status is “In Operation” I’m can’t find the serial in maintenance aware.  

In tasks using Action Flow, the last-step header displays “Report In” in English even when the app/environment is set to Portuguese (Brazil). Occurs on iOS and Android.

Hi All, Since yesterday we discovered that we are getting failed transactions when we are updating the status of the Work Assignments to any value like accepted or started. The error message is: "Undefined bind variable 'OBJ_VERSION'”We don't know why this is happening and how we can solve it.We were experimenting with Custom Pages and Custom entities to sync it to the MWO, so we reverted all changes once we discovered failed transactions are appearing. So the Page Design, Navigator Design and the Projection for ServiceEngApp are all standard again. However we can't be sure that this error is due to our experiment.Is there anyone who tell is what we should and whether this has been seen before?Extra informationThis is happening for multiple users. Hello,In 25R1 MWO, when we create a new Request Quotation, it only allows us to capture the basic information such as Object, Service Catalog and Customer. The same flow is mentioned in the MWO Demystified (25R1) document as well. Do we have a flow for including the materials and expense line items in mobile while creating a request quotation?When we look at the page designer, there are some assistants and screens linked with adding expenses and materials to Service Quotation and not Request Quotation. Will these work only for Service Quotation? If so, what would be the process flow for Request Quotation?Any inputs on the above would be appreciated. Thank you. 

Hi, We have a request from our business which we were unable to find a solution. We are using IFS Apps10 service and maintenance and have a need to invoice before all costs are recorded. Being fixed price work, the costs are not applicable for the invoice. However, once we invoice the WO moved to Historical and we are unable to record costs to these. Any other customers that have the same need and how are you doing it? 

Hi Experts,I get this fail transaction if I create an additional work from a request task using option ‘Request additional work that needs to be done’. I use copy task detail option as well.It is not clear how to refresh map positions in back end. I refreshed the relevant tasks but still cannot get rid of the fail transaction. Hi all, I have a problem with time types and resource groups in IFS Cloud / MWO App.The Situation is, that we have one Resource Group, which contains all other Resource Groups of our different entities.The Reason is, that all resources need to be able to enter the time types in the MWO App independent on where they are in the world and which entity planned them. Now I have the problem, that not always the correct resource group is selectable in the MWO App. Sometimes its there and sometimes not. Independent of Task or Bundle Task or in which entity the resource is employed.For example 2 resources from the US, both working an Request Work Tasks, both identically set up.One can select the correct Time Types and one cant.Has anyone ever had similar issues?Thanks,Chris 

HiIs there anyway in the MWO to preview the content of the Work Order before actually starting it?

On IFS Cloud 23R1.8, the IFS MWO Service app (24.8.1292.0) on Android devices will stop/pause initialization when the screen is locked.  The initialization does pick up where it left off once the screen is unlocked.  Is there a way to allow the initialization process to continue when the screen is locked?

Hi,We perform complex heavy aircraft maintenance. During this maintenance, we plan for alot of the maintenance, and identify thousands of non routines that needs to be corrected. Quite a few corrections/fixes for planned maintenance or non routines will trigger the need to perform tests after the maintenance is completed.I.e.: If we replace an electrical circuit, this will trigger the need to perform a test of that specific circuit when we reach the phase of “power on”. If we during the same maintenance replace a circuit breaker on the same circuit, the same test may be triggered again.We are trying to find somewhere in IFS Cloud where we can create this list of tests.Wishlist:It would be nice if the list is populated by both planning before maintenance, and triggered by non-routines reported during maintenance. Hi all, is it possible to assign UoM directly to a Work Task Cost Category?At the moment our Technicians have to add the unit every time they add an expense in the MWO App from the complete Units list.The non-inv sales part connected to the Cost Category has a unit defined (Sales Unit of Measure).Can this be applied automatically to the cost category connected to the sales part? Thanks,Chris

Hi All, I have a concern with Auto-time functionality in MWO. If a technician work from 15.00 to 19.00 (2 hours normal time 2 hours over time), it is fetched to the system as 4 hours only. Two split into two different time types, technician has to split the time by editing. To do that he needs to keep the work task after completion.Further, we cannot select time type when we complete the work with auto time enabled. We can only select a time type when we editing the times.How others work with auto time in different scenarios?TIA.

Hi all, it is not (by default) possible to add location and object based notes in the MWO Service Classic App.I can see the notes created in IFS Cloud, but I cant create anything else than a Task based note in the App.Is it possible to enable this somewhere? Thanks,Chris

Hi Experts, As for the customer’s requirement we are configuring a new screen inside of this steps overview screenlike if we click on step 1 we can go inside the new screen for step 1 and add relevant data.In there we need to go to the step 3 without going back to the overview screen of steps. For this in the new screen can we have a drop down of steps id in the header of the screen in MWOSimilar to this in screen in MWO header Thank you,Heshala. 

How can I enable Technician Portal in IFS Cloud?  Currently the data is not present when I try to access the screens. Please share any configurations/ permission sets required.

Hi,I am working on a IFS MWO Mobile Development (Customization). I have enabled state machine in one of my newly introduced entity (Planned, Released, Completed, Cancelled). I have added relevant code changes to the .client and .projection and already defined Sync policies on .app file. Now I am facing an issue when changing status from MWO it’s locally changing but not Syncing to the IFS Cloud. All other fields working as expected but ‘Objstate’ doesn’t change..offline file MWO  IFS Cloud 

According to the F1 documentation, the FS Migration Tool supports documents stored in both Shared and FTP document repositories. However, the documentation does not clearly specify how the Source option should be configured when the source is not a database. Could someone please advise on the correct setup for the Source option in such scenarios?Thank you!
