Triggering multiple surveys with the same workflow type

Hi, 

 

I have a requirement which is to be able to trigger multiple surveys on MWO using the same Workflow Type. E.g have Survey 1 then Survey 2 then Survey 3 trigger on MWO after “Completed - After”. 

 

When I’ve tried this with the the surveys all assigned to the same step to trigger. MWO selects only one of the surveys to trigger which is not correct for my use case as I want ALL surveys to trigger one after another. Is there anyway to do this for with the Workflow Configuration Type = “Request Task”? (IFS Cloud 25R2)

 

The workaround for this would be to create a main survey for Survey 1 and then Survey 2 and 3 as child surveys. Thought I’d check here in case there’s a better way.

Can you try with different ranks to different surveys as per the order you want? 1,2,3.

    Thank you this worked. I was able to trigger 3 surveys with different weightings doing this at Completed - After. I think my earlier test failed and it only triggered 1 survey as they both had the same Weighting!
