Is it possible to apply to specific New Work options such as ‘Report a problem’, ‘Request work that needs to be done’ and ‘create work I will perform’:
I cannot see any obvious filters on the Apply to tab & no option against the Survey:

All 3 options create a task (individually or based on work task templates), but the resulting task does not have an attribute that indicates what option was originally selected. You would need to somehow utilize the existing filter attributes.

No. The configuration applied is determined by the Workflow Type, Sub Type, filter parameters (attributes) in the Apply To tab, and the Site (or Service Organization ).
