Case / Case Task reported Times used in Customer Orders

Hi Community,

is there any way, to use the Report Time functionality in Cases / Case Tasks to directly invoice the needed hours via a Customer Order?

Workflow would be:

  • TechSupport has customer contact
  • TechSupport works on Case Task so solve issue
  • Needed Time is reported on the Task
  • CO is created via Handover Ref and has the Reported Time directly in the Sales Lines

AFAIK the Reported Times can only be used to track against a Customer Project.
Can this be used in any other way?

PS: Did not know, which sub-forum would be the correct one. As we use Cases mainly in Service I selected this one.
