Hi All,

I have an issue with adding Fixed Price sales parts to invoice preview after I adding them to a request scope.

I’m using a fixed price price rule where everything related to request work task is charged with a fixed price sales part. Then, I need to add some additional sales parts to the scope via “Price Details” option in the request’s “Cost & Sales”.

However,  added sales parts are not appeared in the invoice preview. I tried with a different price rule and tried with adding sales parts in both Actual and Planning fixed prices. But, cannot get sales parts to invoice preview. Original sales part is only there.

Any idea? I’m working in 25R2 environment.

TIA.

Thanks @anmise .
I will check with other users and raise a ticket if the issue persists.

One more thing, do you know the functional difference between “Planned Fixed Prices” and “Actual Fixed Prices”? We can add both types.

Hi,

I also find that in Request cost and Sales you have a button “”Price details”
were you can actually add sales parts, but the whole assistant doesnt seems to do anything 😅
when you add sales parts they will show on the request cost and sales tab but when creating the invoice preview all manually added lines are gone.

Application service update: 25.2.2

@anmise any planned released date for 25R2 SU4. I heard it is March 19. We are having a hard time with an implementation project.

@anmise any planned released date for 25R2 SU4. I heard it is March 19. We are having a hard time with an implementation project.

Service Updates are always released on the third Thursday of every month, which means that for SU4 is the 19th of March.

Third Thursday’s the day,
when releases fly away.
