Hi together,

when I look into the sync rule for SrvRequestScope, a lot of fields are synchronized to mWO, e g REQ_ISSUE_SYMPTOM_ID :

But, when I try to add this field via page designer to the request scope page, the field is not selectable.

There are some fields existing, but most the fields are missing.

Is there any possibility to add the mentioned field? I am aware, a workaround would be to add a custom field, but this is not my wanted solution.

I briefly tried this myself and saw the same behavior. Interestingly, if you look at the DB Viewer in MWO, the field does exist. But even if I try to reference it using a calculated field, it is not displayed.

Maybe worth opening a support ticket.

Hi @Alexander Heinze

Yes, I recognized same, the content is synchronized correctly, it is only not possible to select the field in UI designer. That’s also why I dont want to establish a custom field - it’s no need to synchronize the content twice.

I am not aware which metadata the UI designer uses to display the field names. I would assume the fields of the sync rule (becasue it works for added custom fields), but it seems not.

I will open a support ticket.

Thanks a lot for testing!
