We have recently upgrade to 25R2, and there are few screens added recently Service>Scheduling>Resources, Activities, Map, Assistance but unable to see any data in these screens.

I can access the PSO and can see all the resources activities etc but these screens are blank.

Any idea on the above, thanks!!

Hi @nitesht

There is a security prerequisite for the embedded scheduling workbench:

The IFS Cloud sever name must be included in the WorkbenchHostURL parameter in the PSO default organization to allow the Scheduling Workbench to be embedded in IFS Cloud. This is necessary to satisfy fundamental Internet security procedures that prevent cross origin resource scripting. This setup is manual, but for new IFS Managed customers, it will be automatically configured through the delivery pipeline.

Could you please try this out?

What do you get when you navigate to Service>Scheduling>Scheduling Workbench (the parent node)?

Hi @Alexander Heinze

Its redirecting to another window of Scheduling workbench, which is working okay.
I can see all the screens, no permission issue.

thanks

See here where we discussed the same problem: How to enable Scheduling workbench in cloud | IFS Community

You probably lack permission or look in the wrong organization.
