Issue Description: An issue occurs when creating an MRB case from the Shop Floor Workbench (Dispatch List). Although the MRB case is created successfully, the application becomes stuck on the "Enter and View Results" screen within the Control Plan, preventing users from continuing or interacting further with the page.Due to this behavior, users are unable to proceed with workshop activities and demonstrate the expected business process flow, which is impacting ongoing project validations and progress.Environment: IFS CLOUD 25R2Test Plan:Step 1: Create a Shop Order with an Active Control Plan status, enter the required Need Date, and release the Shop Order after assigning an operation number to a material line.Example: Shop Order 213204, Site X.Step 2: Open Shop Floor Workbench, filter by Shop Order 213204, select the operation line with quality controls defined (Operation 30), and create an analysis from the Control Plan menu.Step 3: Open Enter Inspection Results, enter a valid result

It’s not the first time that I’m facing a very (VERY) strange and completely random problem in Assyst… We’re starting the project and the database is still hosting a small amount of data, but sometimes, I create a record and Assyst simply doesn’t show it right away… The last time it happened, I was able to see the record (that was an item) only the next day, when I started to work again… :P At that moment, I thought that was something to do with permissions, but it wasn’t.Now, it happened again… I’ve just created a new Generic Class, a Product Class and a Product… The first two ones showed just fine, but the Product is not listed… Look:    I’ve restarted assyst server service, but the record’s still not showing… I’ve searched for an indication of a problem in the database but it’s working just fine…  Please help me! I cannot have this problem, a really big in my point of view, so early in the project… What if it keeps happening when we’re live and unable to find the data we need to sup

All, hope someone here can correct the mistake I’ve made. I’m wanting to pull through a field from the serial object as read only to the maintenance plan analysis page. The field is not there as a reference so I am having to use a select statement and I’m getting the below error. I’m not a tech preson so not sure what I’ve done incorrectly, all help appreciated.

The effective viewport area is insufficient for practical use. Would it be possible to refine the interface density to maximize the usable canvas, per the annotations in my reference image?

Hi,We’re trying to create an Event Action that will automatically email suppliers with the Payment Advice PDF attached, but I’m not sure how to configure it correctly.I’ve started creating this Event Action as shown below:  I have then filled in the Email requirements using what I thought were the appropriate fields, but I’m unsure how to correctly populate the supplier’s email address. I’m also not sure what the PDF_PARAMETER_1 through to PDF_PARAMETER_15 references are used for. Could their purpose be explained?  Any guidance would be appreciated, Thank you Ash

Hi All, While I was closing old Work Orders, I had to close old Work tasks inside them. I noticed that I can close the Work Tasks without closing the Work Assignments inside it which seemed to be easy as the assignments were sent to mobile and cannot be closed from cloud. Is it a good practice to close the Work Task without closing the assignments as the end target is to close the Work Order to “Work Done” status? If not, then is there a way to close the assignments which are sent/transferred to mobile?  Thanks in advance for the help. Regards,Mani

We have a slight issue on our cloud environment; the Work Tasks screen is in accessible because the back-end view  ACTIVE_SEPARATE was replaced with a different version accidentally.  The select statement within the original  view was saved down before the view was overwritten so we have that but the column headings of the view were not saved is there a codebase anywhere where this can be retrieved from?Thank you

I am trying to add a custom field to the "Inventory Parts in Stock" page that displays the number of projects. I am attempting to add a parameter after `project_id`, but I am getting an error message. Please help me

Hi All,Does IFS Cloud 26R1 Middle Tier support Ubuntu 24? Thank You.

We are running the cleanup of inventory background job daily, we have this set to 0 days before current date so it will clear everything with an old activity date. The job is running each day as I can see that it is clearing out inventory, however I am left with lines that will not clear. These lines have 0 on hand quantity, 0 in transit, are not frozen and the last activity date is prior to the job being executed.  The transaction history for these parts are also showing as old dates.  Is there anything else that would block these lines from clearing when the cleanup background job is executed? Thanks

We are In the Business Opportunity trying New Sales Quotation.  When I try to complete the New Sales Quotation, I get the error Resource Not Found. Any suggestions on what could be causing this?

During Purchase Order Authorization there is an option to enter a ‘Reject Note’.  Logically, you’d expect this field to be an option to add additional context to a reject reason, where the user can give some extra information. At least this is what I’m looking to use it for. However, it seems like after the rejection is processed, this ‘Reject Note’ is not seen within the system. The Reject Reason and Reject Date are both seen in Purchase Orders view, but the Reject Note does not appear to be there. Does anyone know where this goes? Or it is perhaps a bug?

Hi All, I recently closed few of the work task which had been transferred to mobile, for closing these tasks i performed the below steps- Delete the existing work task clockingsMark the Work Assignment associated to Task “Cancelled”Mark the work task “Work Done/Closed” But after performing these, I am seeing the Work Tasks has appeared in the “Unassigned Tasks” section in the Dispatch Console. Hi,  I have a requirement where Work Tasks should be Bundled together for ease of Scheduling but still require the ability to flexibly change the status of the Bundled Work Tasks individually - is this possible using MWO in 25R2? See example below.  Bundle Task 1Work Task 1 Work Task 2  Bundle Task 1 is then assigned to a Technician and executed on MWO. Question - can the technician update the status of Work Task 2 to something like Incomplete and marking Work Task 1 and Bundle Task 1 as Work Done?  ThanksTom

Hi all,When we create a Custom Field for the mobile app (MWO - ServiceEngApp), there are following 3 steps included.Creating the custom attribute in Entity Configuration. (Solution Manager> Configuration> Entity Configurations> Entity Configuration) Adding the custom attribute in Mobile App Entity. (Solution Manager> Mobile Apps> Configuration> Entity Details) Adding the custom attribute in the mobile app’s page. (Solution Manager> Mobile Apps> Configuration> Apps for Page Designer)Out of these 3, only #1 can be included in an Application Configuration Package (ACP). Therefore, what is the best way to handle migration/ deployment of the other 2 items across different environments, without manually creating them again? Any insight on how you have managed this is highly appreciated! Thanks,Dulshan.

Hi All,I couldn’t find any documentation explaining this great new addition with 23R2. There are a couple of slides in “IFS Cloud 23R2 - Whats New in Asset Management,” which I have added below. But that doesn’t explain the process flow or the integration.I found two community posts that also only provide very little info.IFS integration for Document Signing | IFS CommunityIFS Cloud 23R2 - new component IFSAPP Docman ESign | IFS CommunityCan someone provide some tips or direct me to the relevant documentation link to make this E-Sign functionality work?Thank you.

Hi,I’m receiving the following error when releasing a customer order. As I checked, all the structures and the revisions are in the buildable stage.  What could be the reason for this?I’m using APP9  Regards,Tharaka Nawarathna

Hey, Here’s the situation, wondering if anyone has any insight that could help ?: I have a Single Step Assistant based on a Structure (not a Virtual), with a Single OK CommandThis Assistant is made of Groups that contains fields based on the Structure Attribute, and also a List which is based on an Entity and is Using a Function to get populated with some parameters present in the Structure.  My Process command in the Assistant basically takes one of the values in the structure and populates/refreshes all other fields, including OrderNo, ReleaseNo, SequenceNo. Once executed populated, this allows the List element to properly get populated with the data I have my button also do a RefreshDb instruction , like this:  Here’s the problem: Everything works fine at first, the list populates based on the parameters. However, when I hit the button again, if anything in one of the fields in the list has changed, it does NOT update client side. The call is made to the server (seen with the IFS Dev
