Our client is a Apps 9 customer using PSO version 6.9.0.18.
They would like to upgrade to the latest PSO version or the PSO version 6.13.0.73
And my question is if this version is compatible for Apps9 and also for IFS Cloud.

PSO has always been designed to be backwards compatible to make upgrading easy, so it is always best to keep up to date with the latest version where possible (i.e., 6.14.x).
