+3Where in IFS would I go to modify how shop orders get released so that I can force a “Customer Owned” Ownership on certain parts? Is this even possible?
We have an issue where when the shop order gets released the parts from below get wrongly marked as Company Owned and they need to be manually changed to Customer Owned.

Regarding the case where part ownership needs to be changed for specific material lines only, there is no standard solution available to universally set part ownership to "Customer Owned" or to enforce this at the Shop Order level by default. Currently, business users would need to manually change the part ownership before releasing the Shop Order.
However, by using a custom field and a custom event, it is possible to prompt business users to update the material line ownership to "Customer Owned” before releasing Shop Order.
